1. Introduction<\/span><\/h2>

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern services provided by Eternal Clinic Marbella, S.L. (“the Clinic”), located at C. <\/span>el<\/span> Califa<\/span>, 16, Nueva Andaluc\u00eda, 29660 Marbella, M\u00e1laga, Spain. By booking or receiving services, you agree to these T&Cs, which complement informed consent forms and privacy notices. Services are authorized under regional health regulations.<\/span><\/p>

2. Services<\/span><\/h2>

The Clinic offers regenerative medicine, including IV glutathione therapy, NAD+ infusions, ozone therapy, aesthetics, and holistic treatments. All require prior medical assessment. Aims: improve skin brightness, support immunity, aid detoxification, boost energy, slow aging. Results not guaranteed, per Real <\/span>Decreto<\/span> 1907\/1996. Patient obligations: provide accurate data, follow instructions (Ley 41\/2002, Art. 2.5).<\/span><\/p>

3. Appointments and Cancellations<\/span><\/h2>

Appointments require prior booking via phone, email, or website. Cancellations: at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, full fee applies. Clinic may cancel\/reschedule for unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, e.g., pandemics per Real <\/span>Decreto<\/span>-ley 21\/2020), offering alternatives or refunds. Confirmations sent within 24 hours (LSSI Art. 27-28).<\/span><\/p>

4. Payments<\/span><\/h2>

Payments due at service time. Methods: cash, card, bank transfer. Prices in euros, subject to change with notice. No refunds for completed services; partial for Clinic cancellations. Compliant with Ley 1\/2007 (consumer protection).<\/span><\/p>

5. Informed Consent<\/span><\/h2>

Per Ley 41\/2002 (Art. 8-10), all procedures require informed consent: verbal for assessments, written for invasive treatments (e.g., IV therapies) detailing purposes, risks, alternatives, consequences. Consent free, revocable anytime (Art. 8.5); documented. For minors\/incapacitated: by representatives (Art. 9). Emergencies: without consent if vital (Art. 9.2). Instructions previas respected (Art. 11).<\/span><\/p>

6. Patient Rights<\/span><\/h2>

Per Ley 41\/2002 (Art. 2-7, 12-13, 18-22): right to adequate information (Art. 4), intimacy\/confidentiality (Art. 7), choice of options (Art. 12), access\/copy of medical records (Art. 18, conserved min. 5 years post-discharge per Art. 17), discharge report (Art. 20). Reject treatment (Art. 2.4). For health data: ARCO+ rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, opposition) per RGPD Art. 15-22; exercise via email.<\/span><\/p>

7. Privacy and Data Protection<\/span><\/h2>

Purposes: service provision, appointments, billing (legal basis: contract, legal obligation per Ley 41\/2002). Recipients: medical professionals (as processors with contracts per RGPD Art. 28), authorities if required. Retention: min. 5 years for records (Ley 41\/2002 Art. 17); deletion post-purpose. 8. Liability<\/span><\/h2>

Clinic not liable for adverse reactions if history not fully disclosed. Services by qualified professionals (Ley 44\/2003); procedures carry risks, informed per consent. Disclaims indirect damages unless gross negligence (C\u00f3digo Civil Art. 1902). Civil liability insurance covers claims.<\/span><\/p>

9. Dispute Resolution<\/span><\/h2>
